8/16 Long time no see!!

Hi everyone!! Long time no see!! How have you guys been doing?? I wanted to keep my diary but very big storm came to our town, and we lost power and our telephone line has been dead, so I could not use internet. So, I will write my diary today!! So, if you have time to read, please read them!!


FRIDAY On Friday, I talked with my host sister who stole my money. She has been to camping, and she came home on the day, so I finally could talk with her the day. First, I asked her why she stole my money. And she answered this "I don't know, it's from my emotion and I can not stop it myself. It is very difficult for me to stop stealing money as it is very difficult for the people who smoke to stop smoking. It's like a habit." It made me very angry, and I said many bad words. I talked with her and her parents (My host parents) about two hours, but I could not forgive her because I thought she did not regret it. After that, I, my host father and youngest host sister had to go to South Dakota, so we left home. It was about 9:00 pm. And it took about 4, 5 hour to go there, so when we got there; it was about 2:00 am, on next day. So we went to bed soon after we got there.

SATURDAY On Saturday morning, my host father woke me up at 6:30 am, and he said "Kazuki, we have to go home!! Big storm came to our house, and a lot of trees were laid down!! So we will leave here 8:00!!" I could not believe my ears, because the trees were so big, and we came to South Dakota the day!! But it was real. We left South Dakota 8:00 am, so I stayed there about 6 hours. It was very hard for me. It took about 5,5 hour to go back home because of traffic jam. When I got home, I could not believe my eyes. A lot of big trees were laid down. We have to cut these trees and bring these trees. It was very tough work for me.

SUNDAY On Sunday, we woke up early in the morning, and we started to work. Some of my host family's friends came to help us, but there were many trees and those trees were very big, so we had to work all day long. It was vey very hard work for me, but I could many American people, so it was very good experience for me. After that, we had a small party with the friends. It was so fun!! I had many hot dogs. Those were very tasty!! I thought I like this country!!

MONDAY On Monday, we went to Wave Pool in the afternoon!! It was really fun!! The waves were very high, so I was almost drowned sometimes. But it was really fun!! I could enjoy swimming with my friends!! So it was very y good memory for me!! When we were going back to school, I was so tired, so I was sleeping. The day was really really good day!! I want to go there again!!

TUESDAY Yesterday, I watched "PIRATE of CAEIBBEAN" with my host family on DVD. I have never watched the movie, so it was very interesting!! There were some words I didn't know, so I watched the movie with consulting these words in my dictionary. It was difficult for me to understand all of the story, but I could understand almost. It was very good movie, I thought. I watched 1st yesterday, so I will decide to watch 2nd and 3rd when I got to Japan!! I heard that to watch movies in English is very good for studying English, so I will do that!! I will study hard to be able to speak English much better than now!!

WEDNESDAY Today, we took our last ESL class. I like the class and my teacher, s oI feel sad. My friend was crying. We talked with her a lot today, so today was very good day!! Thanks to her class, I could improve my English ability, and I knew many things. So I really appreciate her!! I want to see her someday again, and I want to talk with her my improved English!! So I will keep practicing English very hard!! I really enjoyed your class and your class was the best English class I have ever taken!! Thank you very much Anita!! See you again someday!!
